How does the Career Coaching Programme work?
The programme has 3 stages Explore, Dream and Discover and usually takes between 10 and 14 sessions though everyone is different and we will tailor the package to suit your circumstances.

Explore enables you to take a good look at who you are now and where you want to be. Using a range of engaging exercises and tools you gain insight into your strengths and what you need to make your work fulfilling.
Dream

During the Dream stage you generate a range of career possibilities that resonate with what is important to you and inspires you. Scrutinizing these possibilities in light of the knowledge you’ve gained in the Explore stage enables you to choose the one you want to make into a lived reality.

Discover is all about the practical steps you need to bring about your career change where you create an action plan that bridges the gap between your current reality and where you want to be. This may be a new career that reflects your strengths, skills, passions, and deeply held values, a different twist on your current career or something else entirely.
